How do I work with you?
It’s so simple!
If you’ve read through my services page and you’re eager to get started, please get in contact with me! When I have availability, we can schedule a Discovery Call. During this call we will discuss whether we are a good fit, the tasks that you need done, the time required, and what costs are involved.
The next step would be for me to forward a proposal with the finer details of our conversation, as well as the contract which breaks down items such as delivery of service, working hours, bank details and commitments.

Why should I hire a VA?
We are here to make your life easier.
When you try to do everything in your business on your own, you end up overworked and exhausted. You spend your energy on the mundane tasks and rob yourself of any opportunity to focus on what’s really important in your business.

What is a Discovery Call
I like to think of it as a Virtual Coffee Date with a prospective colleague
A Discovery Call is a free video call that provides both parties the opportunity to see if you’d like to work with the other person.
It is a casual conversation - I’ll ask you about what you do in your business and where I might best support you. You can ask questions about me and how it works with a VA in your corner.

How do we stay in touch?
Communication is the foundation of a good relationship.
To ensure that we are on the same page, during our Discovery Call we will discuss your preferences around communication and how often you’d like me to check-in.
As a general rule of thumb, we will communicate directly through the project management tool, Trello. This allows us to keep all of our communication, documents and to do items in one space, and prevents any loss of information across multiple channels. In addition to this, I can also organise fortnightly/ monthly zoom calls at your request.

How does a VA access my online accounts?
Cyber-security is essential for an online business.
In order to share your account access with a VA securely, it is important to use a program that will support this. I use LastPass with my clients.
LastPass allows you to invisibly share your account access with your VA at the click of a button. And equally important, revoke that access just as quickly.
This means that you don’t have to worry about where your details are being stored, nor do you have to keep changing your passwords.
